How does the process work?

After you place an order, Estelle will ask you to send her your most recent resume. If you don’t have one she will send you a form to complete that describes your background, education and job history.  She will then schedule a phone meeting with you to learn about your qualifications, accomplishments and career goals.

Estelle will write a resume that highlights key qualifications and accomplishments tailored specifically towards the type of position you want to land.  After writing your resume, she will send you a draft and if you desire any changes, Estelle will work with you until you are fully satisfied..  Packages can also include cover and thank you letters as well job transition coaching.
